VMTS Understanding 2022/2023
The 2022/2023 VMTS understanding survey at FTM Unjani covered students, lecturers and administrative staff. 77% understood their study program's VMTS. Social media (58%) and lecturers in class (34%) were students' main sources of VMTS information. Follow-up plans focus on dedicated communication for new students, embedding the VMTS in course plans and opening lectures, and regular briefings for staff by faculty leaders.

Findings & follow-up
The 2022/2023 VMTS understanding survey at FTM Unjani covered students, lecturers and administrative staff. All lecturers and staff included in the analysis reported understanding the VMTS, while 86.56% of students understood the faculty VMTS and 88.77% understood their study program's VMTS. Social media (58%) and lecturers in class (34%) were students' main sources of VMTS information. Follow-up plans focus on dedicated communication for new students, embedding the VMTS in course plans and opening lectures, and regular briefings for staff by faculty leaders. Several figures are inconsistent between tables (see notes).
Method
Online questionnaire on a 1–4 Likert scale (1 strongly not understood – 4 well understood) for students, lecturers, and administrative staff; 492 respondents. Scores of 3–4 count as understood.
